3 Delicious Ways to Cook Grilled Fish
It is useful to eat fish at least twice a week to support the health of the body, and to supply it with a number of nutrients it needs, but it may be boring to eat fish in the usual ways and the usual ingredients, and in this article there are three recipes for new and varied ways to prepare grilled fillet fish with your loved ones.
Grilled Fish With Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
- Half a kilogram of fillet fish.
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil as needed.
- A cup of tomato sauce.
- Two tablespoons of white vinegar.
- One teaspoon of dried oregano.
- A lemon cut in half.
How To Prepare:
- Preheat the oven to a high temperature, and grease an oven tray with oil.
- Season the fish with salt and black pepper, and put it in the tray.
- Mix the tomato sauce, vinegar and oregano well, and pour the mixture over the fish.
- Cover the tray with aluminium foil, and put it in the oven for a quarter of an hour or less, until the fish is done.
- Squeeze half a lemon over the fish.
- Cut the other half of the lemon into four slices, and serve it with the fish.
Grilled Fish With Parmesan Cheese
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of dried breadcrumbs.
- Two to four tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
- One to two tablespoons of paprika.
- Two teaspoons of dried basil.
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder, or more to taste.
- Three quarters of a teaspoon of salt.
- Black pepper to taste.
- Half a teaspoon of lemon pepper.
- A kilogram of fish fillet.
- ¼ cup of melted butter.
How To Prepare:
- Turn on the oven at an appropriate temperature.
- Choose a tray suitable for the size of the fish, and grease it with butter or oil.
- Mix the first seven ingredients in a shallow shallow bowl.
- Grease the fish with melted butter, and dip the fish in the previous mixture.
- Put the fish in the tray, and put the tray in the oven for ten minutes at a high temperature.
Grilled Fish Fillet
Ingredients:
- One and a half kilograms of fish fillet.
- A tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
- Three tablespoons of low-fat mayonnaise.
- One-eighth teaspoon of onion powder.
- Black pepper to taste.
- Half a cup of fresh breadcrumbs.
- One and a half tablespoons of butter or margarine.
- Two tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley.
How To Prepare:
- Mix lemon, mayonnaise, onion powder and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Spread the mixture over the fish evenly.
- Spread breadcrumbs over the fish, and brush with butter.
- Put the fish in a tray greased with oil, and enter the tray into the preheated oven for a third of an hour.
- Garnish the fish with parsley, and serve.
