Delicious Sponge Cake
Ingredients:
- Four eggs.
- Two cups each: sugar and flour.

How to prepare
- At first, the eggs must be whisked well in a bowl of a suitable size, and it is preferable to use an electric mixer for this purpose.
- Add the sugar to the eggs, stir the mixture well, then add the vanilla, and whisk the ingredients together for at least five minutes until they become a cohesive mixture.
- Put the flour in a suitable size bowl, add salt, baking powder, mix the ingredients together, and add the mixture to the egg mixture.
- Heat the milk with butter over a low heat, stir all the ingredients together, and add them to the mixture, until it becomes a liquid paste.
- Grease the cake pan with an appropriate amount of butter, then gently pour the dough.
- Put the mold in the oven at a temperature of at least two hundred degrees Celsius, and leave it for an appropriate period until it becomes golden in color.
Note: This recipe takes at least twenty minutes to prepare, while the previous ingredients are enough to feed at least six people.
Cocoa Sponge Cake
Ingredients:
- Four eggs.
- Two cups of sugar.
- melted butter.
- A glass of liquid milk.
- Three cups of flour.
- A cup and a half of cocoa.
- Two teaspoons of baking soda.
- A teaspoon of baking powder.
How to prepare
- Mix the flour and sugar in an electric mixer, then add the butter and eggs.
- Add a cup of cocoa, a spoonful of baking powder and baking soda, then mix the ingredients, pour the milk, then whisk the mixture again.
- Put the remaining amount of cocoa and baking soda in a small bowl, pour a small amount of water on it, then add this mixture to the previous mixture.
- Grease cake pans with oil, and pour cake mixer in each of them evenly.
- Turn on the oven at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees, then put the trays in it for half an hour.
