Delicious Ways To Make Rice With Meat

Minced Beef Roasted With Pepper And Garlic With Rice Noodles

Ingredients:

  • One hundred and fifty grams of rice noodles.
  • Three tablespoons of oil.
  • Five hundred grams of minced meat.
  • One and a half tablespoons of each:
    • Sweet pepper sauce.
    • Black bean sauce.
  • Two tablespoons of dark soy sauce.
  • Three crushed cloves of garlic.
  • One carrot, finely chopped, equals approximately twenty grams.
  • One hundred and twenty grams of chopped broccoli.
  • Eighty grams of frozen peas.
  • Two fresh and chopped capsicum.

How to prepare

  • Put the rice noodles in a bowl of warm water and leave it for ten minutes, then drain it well from the water.
  • Put the oil in a tray or a regular frying pan and raise it over the fire to heat the oil, then add the minced meat to the pan and fry it until it becomes brown.
  • Add each of the following ingredients to the skillet: sweet pepper sauce, black bean sauce, dark soy sauce, black pepper, crushed garlic, chopped carrots, broccoli pieces and frozen peas and fry over medium heat, stirring, until vegetables are soft.
  • Add the rice noodles and the rest of the dark sauce to the pan and stir gently with the mixture until it’s all heated up, then serve ready.

Rice with minced meat and carrots

Ingredients:

  • Two hundred and fifty grams of minced meat.
  • chopped onion
  • Two grated carrots.
  • Cinnamon stick.
  • A teaspoon of turmeric.
  • Three grains of cardamom.
  • Two cups of rice, washed and drained.
  • Three cups of hot broth.
  • 1 can of red kidney beans, washed and drained.
  • Two tablespoons of corn oil.
  • Half a teaspoon of spices.

How to prepare

  • Put the corn oil and minced meat in a saucepan on the stove.
  • Fry the meat until it begins to turn brown.
  • Put the onion and stir with the meat until soft.
  • Add carrots, stir, cover and turn off the heat.
  • Leave the pot for a third of an hour until the carrots are cooked by the heat of the pot.
  • Return the pot to the fire and stir it up and put the cinnamon, cardamom and turmeric.
  • Put the rice and stir it and add the broth.
  • Reduce the heat under the stock when it boils and the rice absorbs it, and leave it until the rice is cooked.
  • Stir red beans with rice and meat before serving.

Rice with meat and nuts

Ingredients:

  • Two cups of short-grain rice.
  • ΒΌ cup each of:
    • Ghee or oil.
    • Pistachio, peeled and halved.
    • Almonds cut into slices.
  • Two tablespoons of pine nuts.
  • Fragmented onion.
  • Two hundred and fifty grams of minced meat.
  • A teaspoon of mixed spice.
  • Two teaspoons of salt.
  • A quarter of a teaspoon each of:
    • cinnamon;
    • Ground cardamom.
    • Black pepper.
  • Three cups of chicken broth.
  • Chopped parsley.

How to prepare

  • Wash the rice several times and soak it in warm water for thirty minutes.
  • Heat the ghee over a medium heat in a medium saucepan, add the pine nuts and stir until golden.
  • Remove the pine nuts from the pot and put them on a side dish, fry the almonds and pistachios in the same way and put them in the dish with the pine nuts.
  • Add the onions to the same pot, and stir over a medium heat until it turns golden, add the meat and stir until its water dries up, add spices, salt, cinnamon, cardamom and pepper and stir for two minutes.
  • Drain the rice and add it to the meat, and stir the rice lightly until it mixes with the meat.
  • Add the broth, let the rice boil until holes form on its surface, reduce the fire under it and cover the pot, and let the rice cook over a low heat until it is cooked and all the broth is absorbed.
  • Stir the rice with a fork until it mixes with the meat, pour it into a serving dish, distribute the fried nuts and parsley, and serve it next to grills or broth.
