Ingredients:

  • Five eggs.
  • Two hundred and thirty grams of sugar.
  • Four hundred grams of mashed banana.
  • Three hundred grams of flour.
  • A teaspoon of baking powder.
  • Half a teaspoon of baking soda.
  • Half a teaspoon of vanilla.
  • One hundred and eighty grams of vegetable oil.

How To Prepare:

  • Heat the oven at 180°C.
  • Sift each of: flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  • In a second bowl, mix the vanilla, sugar and eggs until well combined.
  • Add the bananas, and continue to beat until the ingredients mix together.
  • We increase the flour and oil mixture, then we beat the ingredients again to get a cohesive cake mixture.

Ingredients:

  • Three eggs.
  • Four bananas.
  • One and a half cups of sifted flour.
  • A cup and a half of sugar.
  • A cup of vegetable oil.
  • A teaspoon of vanilla.
  • A tablespoon of baking powder.

Chocolate Sauce Ingredients:

  • A cup of raw cocoa powder.
  • Half a cup of sugar.
  • A quarter of a cup of oil.
  • Two tablespoons of cream.
  • A quarter of a cup of milk.

How To prepare

  • In the bowl of an electric mixer, mix the bananas and eggs.
  • Put in a bowl the oil, sugar, flour, baking powder, and vanilla.
  • Mix the ingredients well, then add the mixture to the egg mixture.
  • Whisk the mixture again until we get a homogeneous mixture.
