Curry is one of the spices that is known for having exquisite flavor, and it is considered one of the oldest spices that is still used today. In this article, we will present how to make three Indian curry recipes, which are Indian chicken curry, Indian potato and chickpea curry, and Indian curry rice.
Indian Chicken Curry

The Ingredients:
- Kilogram of chicken breast cut into cubes.
- Fifty grams of butter.
- Two finely chopped onions.
- Four cloves of garlic, crushed.
- One and a half teaspoons of powdered ginger.
- A tablespoon of curry.
- One and a half teaspoons of ground cinnamon.
- One and a half teaspoons of garlic powder.
- One and a half teaspoons of hot pepper.
- One and a half teaspoons of cumin.
- Salt, to taste.
- A cup of yoghurt.
- Three quarters of a cup of coconut milk.
How To Prepare:
- Melt the butter in a saucepan on the stove, add the onion and mashed garlic.
- Add chicken pieces, and stir until wilted and brown.
- Add the yoghurt and coconut milk, and keep stirring.
- We flavor it with curry, ginger, cinnamon, garlic powder, cumin, hot pepper, salt, and mix the ingredients.
- Reduce the heat and leave the mixture for twenty minutes.
- Garnish the chicken curry with parsley, then serve it with fried rice.
Indian Potato And Chickpea Curry

The Ingredients:
- One and a half tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- A chopped onion.
- Crushed cloves of garlic.
- A green bell pepper cut into cubes.
- A tablespoon and a half of curry.
- Half a teaspoon of vinegar.
- Six hundred grams of drained and canned chickpeas.
- Four hundred grams of mashed tomatoes.
- Two peeled and sliced potatoes.
- Salt, to taste.
How To Prepare:
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onions, capsicum, curry and garlic, and stir until the onions soften.
- Add the mashed tomatoes, vinegar, potatoes, and chickpeas.
- Reduce the heat, and leave the pot for twenty minutes without covering it, stirring it from time to time.
- Serve with yoghurt and bread.
Indian Curry Rice

The Ingredients:
- Four cups of basmati rice.
- spoonful of curry
- spoonful of turmeric
- Three leaves of laurel.
- Two cardamom.
- spoonful of salt;
- spoonful of cloves;
- spoon of ground white pepper.
- Two tablespoons of ghee.
- Two cups of hot water.
- A cube of chicken broth.
- a spoonful of cinnamon;
- Nuts as desired.
- A kilogram of meat cut into small pieces.
- Two tablespoons of ghee for browning the meat.
How To Prepare:
- Wash the rice with cold water and drain it.
- Put the ghee in a saucepan on the fire, and add the rice to it.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, then leave the mixture on the fire until it becomes tender.
- Boil the meat in hot water, then fry it with ghee.
- Put the rice in a serving dish, then spread the roasted meat on it, and decorate it with nuts.
