How To Cook Ground Beef
The ingredients

How To Prepare
- Heat the oil in the pan, add the cumin, ground red pepper, and stir the spices well with the oil.
- Add the meat and stir constantly until the water evaporates and the color of the meat changes, then add garlic, ginger, and stir for three minutes, then add salt, chopped pepper, dried coriander and stir the ingredients.
- Add the onions, mint and green coriander and leave the meat on a low heat, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender.
- Serve the meat with pita bread, mashed potatoes and vegetable salad.

The ingredients
- A kilo of meat cut into thin slices.

- A tablespoon of crushed garlic.
- 2 big spoonful of of vegetable oil.
- Salt (as needed).
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
- Half a teaspoon of cumin.
How To Prepare Steaks With Onions
- Wash the meat pieces with water, and drain them well.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, put the meat and stir until it changes color.
- Add the chopped onions to the meat and stir until the onions soften.
- Add the mashed garlic to the meat and stir over a low heat, and when we notice that the broth has dried up, add a little water.
