Wondering what to cook for boiled or fried sausages? We give you 7 delicious and easy side dishes to serve for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Potato

For meat products, including sausages, potatoes are traditionally prepared, which:

  • crushed into a soft puree – can be served with pickles or a few tablespoons of green peas;
  • fried until golden brown;
  • boiled, sprinkled with dill and poured with melted butter;
  • bake;
  • make potato patties or cutlets.

Cabbage

Boiled sausages go well with white cabbage. It can be:

Vegetable Sauté

Prepare a vegetable platter using the vegetables you have at home:

  1. Zucchini, carrots, cauliflower, potatoes are suitable.
  2. Cut into pieces.
  3. Boil them quickly in water or steam.
  4. Drain the broth.
  5. Transfer the mix to a bowl.
  6. Make dressing while vegetables are hot. Dressing: lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, cumin.
  7. Stir vegetables and dressing.
  8. Sauté is ready.
