Green Beans With Lamb And Rice

The Ingredients
- Four hundred and fifty grams of beef or lamb meat without the bone, cut into medium-sized cubes.
- Three tablespoons of olive oil.
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
- A large onion, finely chopped.
- Fifty grams of white beans.
- Two cups of green beans, fresh or drained.
- A quarter of a teaspoon of fine cinnamon.
- Four slices of diced tomatoes.
- A quarter cup of tomato paste.
- one and half cup of water.
- Small spoon of salt.
How To Prepare
- Cut green beans into longitudinal pieces.
- Cook the pieces of meat in the pot with olive oil and stir until golden brown.
- Add the chopped onion slices and stir with the meat, and the oil for three minutes.
- Add green beans, kidney beans and stir them well, then add water, cover the pot and leave it for an hour on a high heat.
- Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, black pepper, and fine cinnamon.
- Leave it on a low heat for a quarter of an hour.

- Ten cloves of garlic, peeled.
- Two onions, cut into medium-sized pieces.
- Three tablespoons of olive oil.
- The juice of half a lemon.
How To Prepare
- Put the onion slices and garlic cloves in olive oil until soft.
- Add green beans, salt and stir with onions and garlic.
- Put a lid on the pot and reduce the heat.
- Flip the beans from time to time.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and lemon juice after about ten minutes.
- Stir the ingredients together and then leave them for ten minutes or until the beans are completely cooked.
