Maqlouba Recipe/ Rice With Chicken And Vegetables

The Ingredients
- Chicken cut up and skinless.
- Potatoes, eggplant, carrots and zucchini – as desired.

- Two tomatoes.
- Three tablespoons of olive oil.
- Salt and spices.
- Three tablespoons of mild soy sauce.
- A quarter of a cup of pomegranate molasses.
- Four cups of rice, or according to the number of people.
- Oil for frying vegetables.
Ingredients for rice cooke:
- water.
- Powdered chicken broth.
- Cinnamon sticks – as desired.
- Five grains of cardamom.

How To Prepare Maqlouba
- We clean the vegetables, peel them, then cut them into circles, fry each type separately, and place them on blotting paper until they are used.
- Heat the oil on the fire, then cut the onions longitudinally and thin, add them to the oil, and stir until it wilts, then add the chicken to it and roast it well with the onions, then add the tomatoes, tomato paste, and stir the ingredients over a medium heat, add the spices and salt, then cover and leave it on Fire until chicken is cooked.
- Add soy and pomegranate molasses, and stir until well mixed.
- Boil rice in boiling water, add chicken broth powder, cardamom, cinnamon and salt.
- Add the vegetables to the chicken, arrange them well, then add the boiled rice, cover for two minutes over a low heat, then pour it, and decorate with lemon slices and fresh coriander.

- Five diced tomatoes.
- Hot pepper horn.
- Half a teaspoon of mixed spices.
- Six cloves of crushed garlic.
- Salt and ketchup – to taste.
- Half a cup of chicken soup, or chicken broth cube.
How To Prepare Delicious Vegetable Soup
- Mix tomatoes, mixed vegetables, and hot peppers in an electric blender to get a mixture of spicy tomato juice.
- Boil chicken soup or chicken broth cube with water.
- Add the tomato juice mixture to the chicken broth.
- Add spices and salt to the ingredients.
- Let the mixture boil from fifteen to twenty minutes.
- Add ketchup to the mixture until it becomes dark red in color.
